How do I know if you received my order?
After you have placed the order, a confirmation will appear on-line. This confirms that the order has been received. In addition, you will receive an email with the order summary and confirmation number.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually your shipped depends on order capacity or within 60 days of working days. Most orders placed Monday-Friday by 3:00 pm EST, are shipped that same business day. Shipping will not occur on Saturday or Sunday.
What is your backorder policy?
If we are temporarily out of stock, items will be backordered and shipped upon receipt.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are instantly transmitted to the production house for production and therefore difficult to intercept. But we offer valuable service in regarding to cancel the order with in two day�s.

What do I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
You are responsible for claim processing. If shipment arrives damaged or with parts missing, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save product packaging. Damaged and short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
What if I open my package and find items missing or defective?
We make every attempt to accurately pack and ship your order. Should you receive incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise, please contact Customer Service at info@tgind.com for assistance. Short shipments must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

I need a copy of my invoice. How do I get one?
We will be happy to e-mail /fax that to you. To obtain a copy of your invoice, please give us a call at +92-300-6669737 and provide the order or invoice number.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes. Though not required, purchase orders are accepted.
What is your instrument return policy?
We offer a full credit for all unused merchandise, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days from date of invoice. Merchandise returned after 30 days, but before 60 days from date of invoice, will be charged a 20% restocking charge. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
No returns will be accepted after 90 days from date of invoice. Custom made, custom etched, or neutralized products are not returnable. Returns will not be accepted on scissors that have been custom serrated.
Sterile products, which have been opened, returned out of the original package or returned after the sterile expiration date, are not returnable. Discontinued products, medicament products, private labeled, custom made, custom etched or neutralized products are not returnable.
Broken instruments noted as �Sharps� have special handling and return requirements.
A Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) must be obtained prior to returning product to Tahir Group Of industries. Product returned without an RGA number will be returned directly to the distributor, with a letter of explanation. Returns can only be granted and authorized by obtaining an RGA number from Tahir Group Of industries. by contacting at info@tgind.com .
Issue of an RGA number should not be interpreted as a final credit to your customer account. tgind reserves the right to evaluate incoming returns prior to issuing any customer credit.

Note:- Returns resulting from customer error will not be eligible for credit on freight charges. This includes inbound & outbound freight charges.
When return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer shipping can be arranged through Tgind as a good services to take advantage of our reduced courier rates. Returns arranged in such a manner will have the freight charges deducted from the credit note. Any Tgind product that proves defective in workmanship or material will have outbound and inbound freight charges credited.
